Ozeki Sake “Gold”, a refreshing taste, makes dinner delicious爽やかな味の大関上撰金冠で、晩ごはんが美味しい

This sake is a kind of standard sake we can get anytime at most major liquor stores.

It is a sake that goes very well with any dish.どんな料理にも大変よく合うお酒です。

Dinner – 晩ごはん

The lean tuna is carpaccio-style with olive oil and salt and pepper. I put torn pieces of roasted seaweed on the nagaimo. Tomatoes are served with basil sauce.

Fresh edamame goes well with sake. If overcooked, it becomes too soft, so it is lightly boiled. After boiling, drain the hot water and lightly sprinkle with salt.

First, the squids are washed off the ink. Then, lightly boil them as a whole without cutting in soy sauce flavored broth so that the meat does not become hard. The soft taste of sake and the texture of meat go well together.

I applied a mixture of miso and mayonnaise to mackerel, put it on an fully olive oil coated aluminum foil, and grilled it in a fish grill. You can also bake it in a toaster oven.
