Bonito ”Tataki” on Tomato salad – 鰹のたたきとトマトサラダ

Katsuo “tataki” is a bonito that is strongly roasted on the outside with flames of straw. I cut it thickly and put it on the tomato salad. Tossed with olive oil and salt and pepper. Basil sauce goes well with tomatoes.

Boiled sea bream with soysauce – レンコ鯛の煮つけ

Boiled sea bream with lotus root, daikon radish and grilled tof by soysauce

Boiled sea bream. Cooked in a soy sauce-based broth. The lotus root and daikon radish are boiled in a separate pot until they become soft, and then they are put in the sea bream pot with the grilled tofu.
