You can’t taste it unless you visit here, but it’s a wonderful taste, so I’ll introduce it.

Bonito, tomato and okra salad –

Bonito, Tomato, Lettuce and Okura salad –

A simple slice of bonito sashimi served on top of a tomato, okra and lettuce salad. I ate it carpaccio style with olive oil and salt and pepper. I like to put basil sauce on tomatoes.

Boiled Corn and Edamame –

The corn was peeled, cut into appropriate sizes and boiled. Sweet and very delicious.
While being careful not to overcook the edamame, boil them quickly, drain the water, steam them in the residual heat, and lightly sprinkle with salt. It has a firm texture and is fresh and very delicious.

Deep-fried “Kibinago” –

Kibinago (Silver-Stripe Round Herring) is a small fish like White Bait. I bought a few fresh ones at the supermarket, dipped them in some batter, and fried them.

“Ko-Ayu” (Small Sweetfish) Tempura –

Small sweetfish were lined up in the supermarket. It’s quite rare, so I bought it to make tempura. The scent and taste of the unique bitterness of small sweetfish was wonderful. It was delicious.

Salt-grilled Horse Mackerel –

Salt-grilled horse mackerel. Fresh whole horse mackerel sprinkled with salt and grilled. It’s a little big horse mackerel. Because the meat was thick, the skin around the middle was burnt, but it was very delicious.
